- Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or accessing The Tornado Chaser Transformation (“the Course”) provided by Gabe Garfield L.L.C., you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Course.
- Course Content
The Course consists of pre-recorded video lessons, PDF guides, bonuses (such as the Tornado Playbook and Forecasting Cheat Sheet), quizzes, and related downloadable resources. All content is for informational and educational purposes only.
- All materials are the intellectual property of Gabe Garfield L.L.C. and protected by copyright law.
- You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
- You may not copy, distribute, share, record, reproduce, or sell any part of the Course materials.
- Eligibility
The Course is available only to individuals 18 years of age or older. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement.
- Refund Policy
- Core Course Materials: Anyone who purchases the core Course is entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. Simply contact support within 30 days to request it.
- Community Subscription: The community is a separate month-to-month subscription. Refunds are available only within 14 days of the initial community subscription start date. After that, no refunds (including prorated) are provided.
- After the applicable refund period, no refunds will be issued for any component.

- Separate Products
The core Course (lifetime materials) and the Private Tornado Chaser Community are sold as separate products. Purchasing the Course does not automatically include community access.
- Access to Course Materials
Upon purchase and after any applicable refund period, you receive lifetime access to the downloadable Course materials (videos, PDFs, bonuses, etc.).
- “Lifetime access” means access for as long as Gabe Garfield L.L.C. hosts the platform.
- We reserve the right to discontinue hosting with reasonable advance notice, in which case we will provide downloadable versions of all materials.
- You are encouraged to download all resources promptly after purchase.
- Community Access (Optional Subscription)
- The Private Tornado Chaser Community is an optional month-to-month subscription.
- You may subscribe or cancel at any time through your account.
- Access begins immediately upon successful payment and continues until canceled.
- Auto-renews each month at the then-current price unless canceled before the renewal date.
- We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue the community entirely at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
- Upon discontinuation, active subscriptions will be canceled and no further charges will be made. No refunds will be issued for any remaining days in the current billing period.
- Payment Plans (Installment Plans)
If you purchase the Course via a monthly installment plan:
- You are entitled to a full refund of all payments made within the 30-day Refund Period (Section 4).
- After the 30-day period, you remain responsible for completing the remaining installment payments.
- You may cancel future installment payments at any time after the 30-day period, but you will not receive a refund for payments already made, and you retain lifetime access to the materials covered by payments received to date.
- Failure to make payments may result in suspension of access until the account is current.
- User Conduct
You agree not to engage in unlawful activity, harass other members, or disrupt the learning experience or community.
- Safety Warning & Liability Waiver
Storm chasing is a dangerous activity. The Course is for educational purposes only and does not qualify you to chase storms. By enrolling, you agree to the Liability Waiver (attached below), which is incorporated into these Terms.
- Intellectual Property
All content remains the sole property of Gabe Garfield L.L.C. You have no right to use it commercially or share it.
- Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or site notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
- Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. Disputes shall first attempt mediation.

Liability Waiver

WARNING: Storm Chasing is Dangerous!
By enrolling in The Tornado Chaser Transformation (“the Course”), you acknowledge and agree to the following waiver of liability:
- Assumption of Risk
You understand storm chasing involves serious risks including injury, death, and property damage. You are solely responsible for your own safety.
- No Endorsement of Real-World Storm Chasing
The Course is informational only and does not encourage or qualify you to engage in storm chasing.
- Waiver of Liability
You waive, release, indemnify, and hold harmless Gabe Garfield L.L.C., its owners, instructors, agents, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses (including legal fees) arising from storm chasing or use of the Course materials.
- No Guarantee of Success
No outcomes are guaranteed.
- Health and Insurance
You are responsible for your fitness and insurance.
- Acknowledgment
By purchasing/accessing the Course, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to this Liability Waiver.
